Are there any jobs out there?
The government report on the employment situation was released on April 5. While the report showed a decline in the unemployment rate from 10% to 9.7%, nonfarm payrolls fell by 20,000 instead of the small increase expected by most economists. While some market pundits focused on the drop in the unemployment rate, the fact that there continues to be net negative job growth remains a matter of concern....
